Design Terms & Conditions

1. 3D designs will be provided as per clients request upon payment of 50% design charges and will be submitted only post full payment of the design fees.

2. Clients are permitted 3 changes per view. Further changes will each have an extra charge.

3. The designs will remain as property of ACE interiors & architects.

4. Projects will be executed only after the signing of a legal contract by both parties.

5. Any change(s) in designs or additional requirements and amendments will be subject to revision of the cost quote.

6. Products guarantee and warranty will be as per manufacturers’ provisions.

7. Materials once ordered cannot be cancelled; if done, the client will have to bear the cost.
